MEXICAN BURRITO

Ingredients:

  • 1lb / 450g Shredded Beef or Chicken

  • 2 Rashers of Bacon, Chopped

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • 1 Chilli

  • 1 Can of Tomatoes

  • ½  Can of Refried Beans

  • Fresh Cilantro 

  • 1tspn of Cumins

  • 1tspn of Chilli Powder

  • Salt and Peper

  • 1tspn of Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

  • Lime Juice

  • Hot Sauce (Tabasco / Cholula / Tapatio)

  • Tortillas

  1. Chop the onion, garlic and chilli and fry in a pan or wok.

  2. Add chopped bacon and shredded beef or chicken (cook first).

  3. Add all spices, seasoning, hot sauces and lime juice, mix well.

  4. Add tomato and refried beans, continue to mix.

  5. After about 20 minutes serve In Tortillas.
