CHINESE BEEF IN BLACK BEAN SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 1lb / 450g Rump Steak, sliced

  • Broccoli chopped

  • 6-8 Small Mushrooms chopped

  • 1 Garlic Cloves

  • 1tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2fl oz / 60ml Black Bean Sauce

  • 2tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 2tbsp Garlic Chilli Sauce

  • 2tbs Ginger

  • 1tbsp Corn Starch

  • Salt and Pepper

  1. Marinade the steak in a bowl with the garlic and soy sauce.

  2. Mix together black bean sauce, rice vinegar, garlic chilli sauce and corn starch.

  3. Part cook the broccoli.

  4. Cook beef (including marinade) with mushrooms and ginger.

  5. Mix in the previously prepared sauce.

  6. Add broccoli and finish cooking.
