AMERICAN CHRISTMAS TURKEY STUFFING

Ingredients:

  • 1lb / 450g Pork Sausage cut small

  • 6oz / 170g White Bread cut small

  • 1 Onion

  • 4 Celery Sticks cut small

  • 2 Small Apples

  • 4oz /110g Walnuts

  • 60g Butter

  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme

  • ½ tsp Ground Mace

  • Lemon Rind Grated

  • Lemon Juice

  • Salt and Pepper

  1. Melt butter in a large frying pan.

  2. Lightly fry onion, celery and sausage for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add all ingredients (including fried) into a mixing bowl and mix well.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Add to turkey and cook with meat.
