ENGLISH YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 4oz / 100g Floor

  • 100ml Milk

  • Salt and Pepper 

  • Vegetable Oil

  1. Preheat oven to 225°C / 425°F.

  2. In a cupcake tin (12 compartments) add a splash of vegetable oil and heat for 15 mins.

  3. Beat eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper together until smooth.

  4. Pour batter evenly into each cupcake compartment.

  5. Cook for 12 -  15 mins until risen and golden brown.
