ENGLISH YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS
Ingredients:

2 Eggs

4oz / 100g Floor
-
100ml Milk
-
Salt and Pepper
-
Vegetable Oil

Preheat oven to 225°C / 425°F.

In a cupcake tin (12 compartments) add a splash of vegetable oil and heat for 15 mins.

Beat eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper together until smooth.

Pour batter evenly into each cupcake compartment.

Cook for 12 - 15 mins until risen and golden brown.
